Adults only

Arden is for people aged 18 or over. It can produce explicit, mature or offensive content. Don't use it if you're under 18 or if that content is illegal where you are.

Your content

You're responsible for the prompts you enter and for how you use and share what Arden generates for you. Arden doesn't claim ownership of your outputs.

Don't use Arden to infringe anyone else's rights. AI output can closely resemble existing characters, logos, artwork or real people, and some of those are protected by copyright or trademark. Check before you publish or use an output commercially.

Some content is never allowed, whatever your settings: sexual content involving minors, sexual or nude content of real, identifiable people, and help with serious illegal harm. Requests like these are blocked.

Credits and refunds

• Credit you buy with USDG is prepaid usage for Arden. It isn't a deposit, it earns nothing, and it doesn't expire.
• Each reply is charged for the tokens it actually used, at the price shown for that model when you sent it. A reply that fails isn't charged. Images are charged per image.
• The minimum top-up is 1 USDG. Credit is added after the transfer is confirmed on Robinhood Chain.
• Credit that has been added can't be refunded or withdrawn. The exception is a USDG transfer to Arden's treasury that Arden couldn't credit to you: contact support with the transaction hash and it will be credited or returned.
• Free daily credit for guests and $ARDEN holders is a courtesy. It expires at midnight UTC, can't be cashed out and may change.
• Model prices can change. A new price only applies to requests sent after the change.

Third-party services

Arden doesn't run the models itself. Text models are served through an AI gateway by the providers named in the model picker, and images are generated by Venice. Their availability, output and content rules are outside Arden's control, and a model or feature may be changed or removed.

Web search

Web search is off by default. When you turn it on for a message, Arden sends only that message's trimmed search query to our third-party search provider to retrieve results. Your chat history, saved memories, and Arden's system instructions are not sent to the search provider.

No warranty

Arden is provided as it is. AI output can be wrong, offensive or unsuitable, so don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. To the extent the law allows, Arden isn't liable for losses from using it beyond the credit you paid for.
